Spa Etiquette

We advise you to come to the treatments in the spa area already dressed in your bath robe. Money and valuables are best stored in the safe in your room. All beauty treatments can be charged directly to your room bill.
Take yourself time for the treatment. We expect you at the spa reception 5 minutes prior to your appointment. We advise you to take a warm shower prior to the treatment.
We pick you up personally at the spa reception. Before every treatment we ask you, what you value most in the chosen treatment, so that we can use the time available to focus on your individual needs and preferences.
Please be punctual for your appointment. In case of late arrival, we cannot offer you the full treatment due to the reduced time and out of respect for the guests coming after you – however, the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
Booked appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the treatment. In case of late cancellation, you are charged 50% of the price, if the spot cannot be filled by somebody else. In case of cancellation up to one hour before the appointment or in case of no show, we charge 100% of the cost of the treatment.
Children and teenagers under 14 years are very welcome, however, it is advised to be accompanied by an adult. The spa area is a place of peace and relaxation – we ask you to kindly respect this. Please also notice that your offspring’s safety and wellbeing and a respectful behaviour towards other guests are your responsibility.
